Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at nzmartys.co.nz. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Currently, we ship within New Zealand.
Order cut-off time: 10:00 A.M. (GMT+2)

For New Zealand:
Orders are generally shipped within 0–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
The delivery time is 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday)

While we use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments once dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. We do not require a minimum purchase. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Order changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team at info@nzmartys.co.nz as soon as possible.

After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

If you no longer want the item, you may initiate a return once the order has been delivered, following our standard return process.

Item not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order but haven’t received it, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered, we recommend first contacting the carrier to help locate your parcel. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over its delivery.

However, if the issue persists, please contact us at info@nzmartys.co.nz and we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated due to technical delays. If you're unable to locate your package, contact us and we will investigate further.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s).
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
