Refund policy
At Nzmartys, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations should you wish to return an item.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition, free from stains, odors, or damage
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Note: Personal care, hygiene, and intimate items are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@nzmartys.co.nz within 30 days of delivery. Please include the following details in your request:
- Your full name*
- Your order number*
- A brief reason for the return*
- Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
Returns must be approved by our team before they are shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process
For an easier return process, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@nzmartys.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it back using the instructions provided. Include the Return Authorization Number with your shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- If your return is approved for a faulty or wrong item, we will cover the return cost or provide a prepaid label
- Nvroome is not liable for returns lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date your returned item is received and approved.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment account
- Contact your payment provider
- Email us at info@nzmartys.co.nz
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (where labeled)
- Opened or used personal care items
- Custom or personalized products (unless faulty)
Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to stop the shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@nzmartys.co.nz.
Currency & Payment Notes
- Refunds are issued in the original payment currency
- Nvroome is not responsible for any bank conversion fees or exchange rate differences
