Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and more secure options depending on your region.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team at info@nzmartys.co.nz as soon as possible.

After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

If you no longer want the item, you may initiate a return once the order has been delivered, following our standard return process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to New Zealand.​

What are the shipping times?

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.​

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.​

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Track My Order page.​

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.​

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at returns@nzmartys.co.nz with your order details and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.​

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.​

Account & Security

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage your information, and access faster checkouts in the future.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions. You'll receive a password reset link by email.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and is hosted on Shopify’s secure platform. We never store your full payment information, and all transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I update my shipping or billing information?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact our support team at info@nzmartys.co.nz immediately. For future purchases, you can update your info in your account dashboard.
